The Project

The clever arrangement on the hillside creates two sections of the building with lushly landscaped roof terraces that seamlessly integrate the new buildings into the park landscape. The architecture is characterised by clear, defined walls that open the spaces to the surroundings, ensuring a balanced interplay of openness and privacy.

The two buildings echo the design of the surrounding structures, blending harmoniously into the existing townscape and neighbourhood. A park-like entrance, featuring a winding footpath, flower-filled meadows, shrubs and trees, leads to the house and creates a welcoming atmosphere.

The materials used are calm and understated. The generous park area, with its native plants, promotes biodiversity and offers space for relaxation, play and social interaction.

The challenge prior to the construction lay in the complex legal situation, particularly due to existing easements and town planning regulations in the protected area, all of which were successfully resolved.

Our team was also responsible for planning and executing the sales process for the condominium units. The sale of the condominium units currenlty under construction, has been completed.
