How we invest

Our strategy is based on "value add" investments, where we get the most out of a property. Intelligent use, high architectural quality and state-of-the-art construction are fundamental prerequisites for this. We meet this requirement by modernizing buildings, optimizing building permits or repositioning real estate. During implementation, we attach great importance to close cooperation with all parties involved, such as management, craftsmen, authorities, contractors, architects and tenants, with whom we always strive for long-term partnerships.
